Kobi Tales is designed to be played without creating an account and without providing personal information.

Game Data

The Game stores gameplay information locally on your device, including:

• Unlocked content

Kobi Tales does not display third-party advertisements.

Kobi Tales does not use analytics services to track player behavior.

Kobi Tales does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Permissions

The Game only requests permissions that are necessary for gameplay features (such as optional Bluetooth multiplayer in Kobi Tales Pro). No permissions are used to collect personal information.

Bluetooth and Nearby Devices

Kobi Tales Pro includes an optional local multiplayer feature that uses Bluetooth / Nearby Devices permissions to find, advertise, and connect to nearby players.

Bluetooth is used only for local multiplayer gameplay. We do not use Bluetooth to determine your physical location, track you, or collect personal information.

On Android 11 and below, the system may require Location permission for Bluetooth device discovery. Kobi Tales Pro uses this permission only to allow nearby Bluetooth multiplayer discovery and does not use it to determine or store your location.

Multiplayer connection data is used only during the active local game session and is not transmitted to Metisim Technologies.

Third-Party Services

Kobi Tales does not share personal information with third parties.

Data Security

Because gameplay data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining access to your device and backups.
